I know that choosing to run, walk, or hike in this virtual event could be a hazardous activity. I should not enter or participate unless I am physically and medically able. I assume all risks associated with running/walking/hiking the race including but not limited to falls, contact with others, the effects of weather and the chosen course conditions, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), the Foundation of ALA, ALA Cyber Chapter, the ALA Cyber Chapter Virtual Gratitude 5K Run/Walk/Hike and any and all volunteers, employees, assigns, or anyone acting on their behalf, or anyone else associated in any way to the aforementioned event, from any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind and nature whatsoever foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
